Certificate of Criminal Record (Straffeattest)
 

A Certificate of Criminal Record is required by Immigration New Zealand when certain types of visas are applied for. Certain employers may also require such a certificate. The certificate can be requested from the Danish Police. The application form (click here to download), together with a copy of the page in your passport that contains your personal details should be sent to the following address:

There is no charge for this service if you send the application in yourself. Otherwise the fee is NZ$210.
